u dont have to open the files my friend... just copy them in the folder Windows/Resources/Themes.
the structure of a theme is basically: the .theme files plus the folder containing (the .msstyle file and the Shell folder)
Then right click on the desktop> Personalize and choose the Leaf theme from the list.
